Make your everyday Banana Bread SPARKLE!


Our recipe for Milk Chocolate Banana Muffins (p. 56) contains a great tip for making your everyday sweet breads even more delicious and professional looking. Sprinkle muffins and sweet bread loaves with turbinado sugar (the raw sugar found on your grocer's baking aisle) before baking. The tops will bake up with a crisp, sparkling crunch! Everyone will really be fighting over the muffin tops now!
